I’m Brian Williams and I am super excited to have as our guest today Nancy Nardin who is clearly one of the best known gurus, I think that’s an appropriate title for her, a guru in Sales Enablement she is the founder and president of Smart Selling Tools and she’s also the co-founder of Vendor Neutral and those are organizations that are really helping marketers and sellers better understand Sales Enablement process and technology and how all that can drive revenue.
Don’t start with the technology. Start with an understanding of where your capability gaps are. It’s more what are our sales reps able to do compared to what they need to be able to do.
